Hi all! Happy Friday to you!!!!! It's late over here- and I just got home a little while ago. I thought about diving into bed and calling it a night, then I remembered, my sorry ass did not get out of bed on time this morning. No yoga, no sleepy time. So I turned on my TV to Criminal Minds and went to town. Or rather, went to my mat. I did my obligatory 20 minutes. I feel pretty good now- all nice and stretched out!
So today I brought my breakfast with me because I was running so late. Remember how I was talking about healthier fats?
Yea I don't think this kind of fat was what I had in mind! Dang munchkins! And dang Gail for bringing them in!
I ate my breakfast anyway. It was tasty! I love almond butter, it's soooooo good! And it definitely is an easy way to get in some "healthy fats".
Well I'm off to bed all! G'night! Catch up tomorrow!!!
What? Dunkin Donuts isn't considered healthy fat? Even on National Donut Day? Aw shucks!
